Ayurvedic Treatment for Intervertebral Disc Prolapse A prolapsed intervertebral disc is also known as slipped disc. A bulging out of the inner part of the disc is what happens in this condition. It’s a condition affecting the spine in which there is a tear in the outer fibrous ring of an intervertebral disc which allows the soft central portion to bulge. Symptoms: Backache.
